The Importance of Failing

"It's funny that you say that, cause what i tell my team is no problem in failing cause if you don't try new stuff you're not going to fail. If you're not trying  new stuff, you become a stagnatic marketer who does more of the same, which I hate. More of the same is bad, but I tell them, if you're trying something new, you'd better be on it and if you discover that it doesn't work, which should come in a week or two, understand why it didn't work, go back and do something differently. Don't do the same thing twice and if you do the same thing twice, we've got a problem."
